Angela came to us with a background in Banking and Accounts Payable in corporate operations.  She has gained wider accounting experience in a growing small business environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Purchase Order, Time and Billing and Inventory Control and Payroll Posting.   

Her responsibilities include performing a combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining account records, checking the accuracy of figures, calculations and posting pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.  She has become proficient in SourceMate Visual AccountMate LAN and QuickBooks Premier.

She has provided high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and instruction manuals, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as data entry, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.  Using Microsoft Office Professional Suite she has been able to help with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
